Three passenger corridors, clearly separated
The schematic below shows the main station sequences for the North, East, and Haramain passenger corridors. It is not geographically scaled, does not depict every railway track in Saudi Arabia, and does not promise that every departure calls at every listed station. Separate corridor panels deliberately avoid implying unverified through services.
Use the official SAR network overview for North and East infrastructure context and the Haramain operator portal for the western high-speed service. The station directory helps translate a corridor into the exact names needed for booking.
What this map can tell you
A corridor schematic helps identify which railway to research and the station sequence along that corridor. It can help you distinguish an intermediate station from an endpoint and recognize when a proposed itinerary crosses between separate systems.
It cannot determine today’s departure times, seat availability, ticket price, platform, entrance, or onward transfer. Those questions need the relevant operator’s current information. Start with our schedule directory once you know the station pair.
Do not infer a connection from a city label
Riyadh North and Riyadh East are different station contexts. Jeddah Al-Sulimaniyah and the airport station are different choices on the Haramain corridor. A shared city label is not proof of a shared station, a protected transfer, or one ticket covering the whole trip.
No connector is drawn between the inland North/East panels and the western Haramain panel. Do not use this page—or a decorative national map—to infer a direct Riyadh–Jeddah passenger train. Confirm any proposed journey with the operator instead of constructing a service from the shape of a diagram.
Freight, metro, and future projects
Freight lines, industrial terminals, urban metro systems, and proposed projects belong to different layers of the rail picture. They are not mixed into this passenger schematic. Read the network explainer, freight overview, or metro connections page for their separate roles.
A construction announcement or project rendering is not a bookable service. Look for an explicit operating route and current booking information before planning around it.
