Plan here. Purchase with the operator.
SaudiRail.com does not sell train tickets, process payments, issue reservations, or manage refunds. Use this page to understand which booking channel matches the journey, then complete the purchase with the appropriate official operator.
For North and East Train services, SAR’s official buying-tickets guide explains its booking channels. For Haramain, use the official reservation portal. No passenger details or payment information are collected here.
Confirm these details before paying
Check the complete departure and arrival station names, travel date, passengers, and selected service. A city name alone can be ambiguous. Review the station directory when choosing between different station contexts.
Compare the exact fare type as well as the travel class. Review baggage, flexibility, cancellation conditions, and any extras that matter to the journey. A higher class does not by itself establish more flexible change terms, and an advertised starting price is not a quote for your departure.
Choose a fare for the real itinerary
A fixed travel day and an uncertain flight connection can justify different choices. Decide how much flexibility matters before choosing the lowest displayed price. Consider the whole travel day, including transfers and station requirements, rather than the rail fare alone.
For a group, check the seating or accommodation arrangement actually offered. Do not assume that several passengers in one booking are automatically placed together under every product. Confirm any essential assistance or special arrangement through the operator’s process.
Check baggage separately for each railway
Consult the SAR baggage guide for North and East ticket-related allowances, or the Haramain baggage policy for that service. Do not transfer one policy to another railway or substitute an airline allowance.
Measure and weigh bags before travel. If an extra or unusual item is essential, establish whether it can be accepted before purchasing an unsuitable ticket. Check the current restrictions and any luggage-related deadlines.
Review the issued confirmation
After payment, verify that the actual confirmation matches the intended date, stations, passenger names, class, and extras. A payment notification or earlier search screenshot is not a substitute for checking the issued ticket.
Keep booking references and scannable codes private. For missing confirmations, errors, changes, or refund questions, contact the operator or seller responsible for the reservation. This website cannot access those records.
